Tree pruning

We can cut back branches and outer branches, essential when the tree may be near to overhead power cables or telephone lines. This will also give the tree a more natural appearance and increase the time span between prunings.

 

Crown Lifting

With crown lifting we remove some of the lower branches of the crown so that we lessen the canopy weight and create headroom.

 

Crown Thinning

Crown thinning is of great benefit as it allows more light into a garden and also allows wind to travel through more easily, making the tree more sustainable in gales or storms.

 

Dead Wooding

Dead wooding is carried out often in parks, on footpaths and roads. This can be done through out the year, making trees safe. When a tree is coming to leaf may not always be the best time, but can be done of course if the tree is unsafe.

 

Tree Dismantling / Removal

No one likes to see a mature tree felled, but, sometimes it is necessary if it is diseased or a new development means it needs removing.
